Belarus revises alcohol production quotas for 2026
Belarus has revised alcohol production quotas for 2026. The quota for whisky has been reduced from 490 million to 433 million decaliters, for rum — from 45.5 thousand to 34.5 thousand decaliters. Limits for strong alcoholic drinks and wine coolers have also been decreased.
At the same time, the quota for champagne has increased from nearly 2.256 million to 2.316 million decaliters. Limits for some other alcoholic beverages have also risen.
