Belarus tightens rules for realtor exam

Starting September 1, those who fail the certification exam for realtors in Belarus will be allowed to retake it only after six months instead of one. The decision was made after only 17 out of 58 candidates passed the last exam. For those removed for violating exam procedures, the restriction is stricter — they can submit a new application no earlier than one year later.
