Belarus to create unified freight forwarders registry

Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree to establish a state registry of transport and freight forwarding service providers by April 1, 2027. Inclusion in the registry will cost 10 base units, while updating information will cost one base unit. Registration will become mandatory for operating in this market starting September 1, 2027.
