Belarus to fine mobile operators for poor connection quality

Starting June 19, 2026, mobile operators in Belarus may face fines of up to 1,000 base units for insufficient coverage and poor connection quality.

Network quality control will be carried out nationwide using the 'KHALYA' system, and in case of violations, materials will be sent to court.
