Belarus to scrap repeat vehicle inspection when changing owners from November 16

Starting November 16, Belarus will cancel the requirement for a repeat technical inspection when changing the owner of a vehicle. If the technical inspection of the previous owner is still valid, the new owner does not need to undergo it again. There is no need to visit 'Beltechosmotr' either—the data systems of the GAI and 'Beltechosmotr' have been integrated, so information will be updated automatically.
