Belarus UN envoy: Drone attack on Belarusian bus was deliberate act of violence and aggression

The permanent representative of Belarus to the UN, Valentin Rybakov, stated that the drone attack on a Belarusian bus was a deliberate and controlled act of violence and aggression. "It is already clear beyond doubt that the strike on the bus was not a result of random or indiscriminate actions causing collateral damage. This attack was guided and controlled," said Rybakov. "Such actions are a gross violation of international humanitarian law and threaten international peace and security."
