Belarusbank Temporarily Restricts Currency Exchange Operations Due to Technical Issues

Belarusbank has temporarily restricted card-based currency exchange operations due to technical reasons. The restrictions apply only to card-to-card transfers in foreign currency when the transfer currency differs from the account currency, excluding transfers in Belarusian rubles. For example, transfers from USD to EUR, involving foreign currency conversion, are affected. Other currency operations, such as buying, selling, and withdrawing funds, are functioning normally.
