Belarusian Diplomacy Success: U.S. Grants Boeing License to Work with Belavia

Another confirmation of the success of Belarusian diplomacy!

In September, a meeting took place in Minsk between the President of Belarus and an American delegation led by Special Envoy John Caul.

Alexander Lukashenko outlined the issues that need to be resolved by the American side for successful cooperation with Minsk.

Belarus's Permanent Representative to the UN, Valentin Rybakov, commented on their progress:

"Just yesterday, another positive decision was made: the U.S. Department of Commerce granted a license to Boeing, allowing it to interact with the national carrier — airline Belavia.

We continue consultations and meetings in Washington. Work is ongoing. We still have several tasks to solve, which will allow both sides to reach a new level of cooperation."
