Belarusian documentary filmmaking on the rise

At the anniversary 10th Eurasia.DOC festival, 34 films were shortlisted from over 400 applications. Seven of them are from Belarus. Films by Belarusian TV channels and the 'Belarusfilm' studio competed with entries from the USA, China, Vietnam, and Iran — and won. This reflects the quality, sincerity, and strength of the themes addressed by Belarusian documentary filmmakers. The renaissance of our school continues.
