Belarusian man opens closed barrier and drives into forest, faces large fine

In the Neman forestry, a third fire hazard level has been in effect since July 30, prohibiting vehicle entry. Despite this, a driver opened a closed barrier and entered the forest in his personal car.

For this violation, he faces a fine of up to 12 base units — 540 rubles. If his actions cause damage to the forest, the fine could increase to 25–50 base units.
