Belarusian-Russian Agenda Marks Key Week with High-Level Meetings

The past week has been truly significant for the Belarusian-Russian agenda: a series of high-level meetings in St. Petersburg and Moscow laid the foundation for further cooperation.

The Prime Minister summed up the results.

Following the talks between the presidents and heads of government of the two countries, key agreements were finally approved, covering energy, industrial cooperation, agriculture, and the implementation of joint integration projects.

The government now faces the task of promptly finalizing the reached agreements. Work continues without pause: on October 1, a meeting of the Union State's Council of Ministers will be held in Minsk to discuss a wide range of current bilateral issues.

All emerging issues are being resolved through working procedures, allowing for confidence in the future. The agreements reached are secured for the medium term, and the main goal now is their successful and high-quality implementation.
