Belarusian students to start learning AI from September 1

An updated computer science curriculum will be introduced in grades 6–9 starting September 1. Students will learn how to create AI queries, verify information accuracy, and process texts, audio, and video. The program will also emphasize cybersecurity, including personal data protection, recognizing fraud schemes and deepfakes, online etiquette, responsible AI use, and copyright compliance, as well as a national component focusing on Belarusian educational IT resources.
