Belavia simplifies ticket refunds — now available online

Belavia has simplified the ticket refund process — passengers can now return tickets online. There is no longer a need to visit an office or contact the call center. To refund a ticket, passengers只需 go to the «Booking Status» section, find the ticket, and click «Return». The service is available only for tickets and additional services booked through the Belavia website. The refund amount depends on the fare.
