BMW driver hits man crossing on red light in Minsk

A man was hit by a BMW driver while crossing the road on a red light in Sharanhovicha yesterday evening. The accident occurred at the intersection with Haretskaha Street. The 43-year-old pedestrian was crossing at a regulated crossing on a red signal. The 36-year-old driver was behind the wheel of the BMW. The pedestrian was taken to hospital for examination. According to eyewitnesses, the man may have shown signs of alcohol intoxication.
