The brother of the former director of national intelligence of the United States was arrested for attempting to lure children into a hotel room, TMZ reports, citing law enforcement sources. The man offered money and gum to several children in exchange for going with him and wrote down their names in a notebook. The children refused, after which he left. According to the publication, Gabbert was detained on July 18 and charged with interference with custody in the second degree.
