Car park at Kul'mana St., 46 closed permanently

The car park at Kul'mana St., 46 has been closed permanently. In its place, a new dispatcher station 'Kul'man' with a waiting area and a buffet will be built. This is related to plans to extend Karastoyanova Street towards 'Severny Bereg'.
