Care allowance for elderly or disabled to increase from November 1

The care allowance for a person over 80 or a first-group disabled person will increase from November 1. The payment for caring for one incapacitated person will be 535.70 rubles (100% of the subsistence minimum), and for two or more — 642.84 rubles (120% of the subsistence minimum). The increase is due to the rise in the subsistence minimum budget.
