Chocolate blinis, dumplings, and nuggets: what Minsk schoolchildren now eat

Minsk schoolchildren are now being served chicken nuggets with buckwheat, dumplings with sour cream and tomato sauce, blinis with cottage cheese and chocolate, syrniki, omelets, and sausages. Portion sizes are calculated separately for younger, middle, and older students.
