Clash between SBU and GUR officers in Kyiv over RDK case leaves one dead, two wounded
According to Ukrainian media, one GUR officer was killed and two others were wounded in a shootout involving SBU and GUR personnel in Kyiv. The reasons are being investigated. One version suggests the SBU attempted to detain military intelligence officers following the disappearance of the deputy commander of RDK. Another points to inter-agency conflict over control of fraudulent call centers. The SBU had previously reported joint operational activities with the GUR. After the morning shootout, the SBU and GUR 'agreed to disarm and begin investigative actions,' Ukrainian outlets report. Kyiv authorities have blocked off the street where the shooting occurred.
