Colonel Alexander Kupchenya Appointed Head of Vitebsk Region Internal Affairs

Colonel of the Militia Alexander Kupchenya has been appointed head of the internal affairs department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

The corresponding decree was signed by the President of Belarus on September 17.
