🏗️ Construction has begun on a new residential complex of 15 buildings in Sukharevo. The new MAPID quarter will be located on Planernaya Gora, between Goretskogo and Yankovskogo streets. Work started with the construction of a parking facility, and apartments in the first seven buildings will be sold together with parking spaces.

The first phase — four buildings and the parking facility — is scheduled for completion by the end of 2028. Three more buildings will then be constructed for open sale.
