Construction of "Kazakhstan Quarter" begins on site of former "Santekhdetal" plant

🏗 Construction has begun on the "Kazakhstan Quarter" at the site of the former "Santekhdetal" plant.

"Minskstroy" has already started excavating pits for the first two buildings — a high-rise duo of the M111-90 series and a panel building M464-U1M.

The entire project includes 7 buildings and 682 apartments for those on the housing waiting list. Facades are promised to be decorated with national Kazakh ornamentation.
