Cool mayor of France stands with students during protest

The mayor of Saint-Denis, Bali Bagayoko from the 'La France Insoumise' (LFI) party, marched at the front line of a student and high school protest in Paris today. As the column faced off against gendarmes, he tried to de-escalate tensions and shielded people. He was sprayed with tear gas just like everyone else.
