Court rules labor contracts of graduates avoiding mandatory work were fictitious

From 2018 to 2024, organization managers formally employed graduates at 0.1 positions, although they did not actually work. Fake employment documents were submitted to universities, and graduates paid managers monthly for these 'jobs'. The Moscow District Prosecutor's Office filed five lawsuits — all were granted. Criminal cases had previously been opened against the graduates.
