Criminal case opened over fire in residential building on Lenina Street in Minsk

According to investigators, on the evening of June 28, a fire broke out on the attic floor of a residential building at 9 Lenina Street in the capital. The fire quickly spread, damaging premises. As a result of the fire, property belonging to state bodies, legal entities, and individuals was damaged or destroyed. The preliminary damage amounts to at least 450,000 rubles. An investigation has determined that the cause of the fire was a violation of fire safety regulations.
