Cruel video of puppies being buried surfaces online — police launch probe

A cruel video has surfaced online, allegedly filmed in Borisov, showing children burying puppies in the ground. Law enforcement has launched a check to establish all circumstances. Participants, as well as authors and distributors of the video, will face legal assessment.
