Daimler Truck recalls over 131,000 Mercedes-Benz trucks over fire risk

The German company Daimler Truck is recalling over 131,000 Mercedes-Benz trucks due to a fire risk. The affected models include the Actros, Arocs, and E-Actros, according to a notice from Germany's Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). The reason is corrosion on the contacts of a wrongly installed battery chip, which could lead to overheating and fire.
