Death toll from Bangkok fire rises to 28

The number of people killed in the fire in Bangkok has risen to 28, the newspaper Khaosod reported. One person who was previously in critical condition has died in hospital. Currently, 71 people are receiving medical treatment, 25 of whom are in critical condition.
