Demolition of private houses on Orlovskaya begins for new residential complex

Demolition has begun on Orlovskaya Street, where 17 private homesteads on Gay Street and in the 4th, 5th, and 7th Orlovskiy Pereuloks have already been demolished. Owners have agreed to compensation or apartments in new buildings.

In place of the private sector, high-rise buildings with commercial spaces, a school, kindergartens, and parking are planned. Eventually, more than 400 homesteads are expected to be demolished to build over 4,000 apartments.
