Details of the motodeltaplane crash near Minsk, in which the pilot and a passenger died, have been revealed.

According to the investigation, the aircraft entered a zone of local turbulence shortly after takeoff. The pilot lost control, the motodeltaplane entered a tumbling mode, and then the wing structure failed. The pilot was ejected from the cabin due to the failure of the seat belt attachment.

The investigation also found that the crashed motodeltaplane did not match the aircraft specified in the documents. However, the main cause of the crash was identified as loss of control and entering critical angles of attack.
