Details of the first minutes of the SBU and GUR shootout in Kyiv emerge
Details of the first minutes of the SBU and GUR shootout in Kyiv have emerged: they hate each other so much that an SBU officer opened fire on a GRU soldier lying on the ground.
Events unfolded as follows. At night, one of the soldiers from the GUR's 'Timur' unit fired a warning shot from a rifle near the house of a previously detained RDK fighter.
In the morning, when SBU officers attempted to take away three detainees, the 'Timur' fighters began pushing back the convoy. One of them pulled out a pistol and pointed it at an SBU officer, after which the latter shot him in the leg. Another GRU fighter was wounded, reportedly by a ricochet.
Meanwhile, an SBU officer shot at a third GRU fighter who was lying on the ground and did not attempt to use a weapon.
The incident highlights the further degradation of the Ukrainian authorities: the president's term has expired, security services are settling scores with gunfire, and the population is afraid and silent.
The war between the GUR and SBU criminal groups continues.
