Discipline is the foundation of everything — President on updated Directive No. 1

"The foundation of everything is discipline. If there is discipline, we will produce more bread than usual, even compared to last year's high level. Technologically, we already know how to do everything. The military knows how to fight, farmers know how to grow grain. Why do we sometimes fail or perform poorly? Because things are done late, there is no discipline. With discipline, there will be results," the President said about the updated Directive No. 1.
