Estonian science center finds souvenir pens with Baltic states erased, labeled as part of Russia

At the Estonian science center AHHAA in Tartu, souvenir pens with mini-globes were found where the Baltic countries were painted red and marked as part of Russia. Visitors noticed that on the tiny map, the Baltic region was labeled as 'Leningrad,' and the borders suggested a direct connection between Germany and Russia. Finland and Sweden appeared on the globe, while Norway was almost submerged in the sea. Center representatives admitted they had discovered numerous inaccuracies—missing countries, distorted borders, and incorrect continental outlines—but due to the small size of the images, the errors were not noticed upon receiving the batch.
