EU chief promises Kyiv more funds for drone production after Russian strikes

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen promised Kyiv additional funding for drone production following Russian military strikes on Ukrainian drone-manufacturing facilities. "Last week, we provided the first 4 billion euros out of 90 billion euros to strengthen Ukraine's defense through advanced drone technology. More will come soon," she said.
