EU Council approves temporary trade liberalization with Armenia for two years

The EU Council has approved a temporary liberalization of trade with Armenia for two years. This is a proposal from the European Commission, according to a statement from the organization's press service. In return, Yerevan must not impose 'restrictions on European goods accessing its market'. The EU Council explicitly called the move part of its confrontation with Russia.
