EU foreign ministers fail to agree on 21st sanctions package against Russia

EU foreign ministers were unable to agree on the 21st sanctions package against Russia during a meeting in Brussels, said EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas. According to her, one of the disagreements concerned the price cap on Russian oil. It is noted that the new sanctions list will include 250 items. Restrictions on Russian fish supplies have been removed from the list.
