EU Not Needed: Kremlin Excludes European Union from Ukraine Talks

The European Union should not participate in conflict resolution, said Russian President's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov in an interview with the news agency Vesti. According to him, Brussels takes a provocative stance and seeks further escalation of hostilities. Peskov emphasized that the EU's presence in negotiations is unnecessary for both Moscow and Washington, which, on the contrary, is trying to achieve peace.
