Every fifth apartment in Belarus is insured by Belgosstrakh. In Minsk, the figure is roughly the same: out of approximately 860,000 apartments, insurance policies have been issued for 167,000. The company notes that housing is most commonly insured against fires, flooding, and other household risks.
