Exotic lizards seized at Brest border crossing handed to Minsk Zoo

Lizards were transferred to the Minsk Zoo after an attempt to smuggle them from Poland. At the Brest checkpoint, five crested geckos were found in the luggage of a 44-year-old woman. The animals were hidden in plastic containers inside a polystyrene box. The reptiles were confiscated and placed under the care of the zoo.
