Famous 'Shanter Hill' construction site on Pobediteley Avenue to become new university

The famous long-term construction project 'Shanter Hill' on Pobediteley Avenue will be converted into a new university. Instead of a hotel and offices, the complex will house the state Academy of Intellectual Technologies and Banking. Completion of the works is planned by July 31, 2027.
