Fines up to 675 rubles for unauthorized air conditioners on building facades

In Belarus, installing an air conditioner on a multi-apartment building requires approval through the 'one-stop shop' service. Without proper authorization, owners face fines ranging from 2 to 15 base units. In some cases, illegally installed units may also be subject to mandatory removal.
