First footage from Lavrov and Rubio talks in Manila

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Rubio are meeting in Manila on the sidelines of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) events.

On the American side, the meeting is also attended by the U.S. Ambassador to India Sergio Gor and Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs Alison Hooker.
