First high-rises to be designed near Kladishchi and Zelyonaya Gavan

Near Kladishchi and Zelyonaya Gavan, design work has begun on the first high-rise buildings. In a 7.4-hectare quarter, six buildings with 975 apartments are planned — two 10-story and four 19-story buildings. A green boulevard will be laid out between them. The first phase also includes a kindergarten for 230 children and a school. About 1.2 million square meters of housing is planned to be built in the area overall.
