First residential building with 159 apartments commissioned in Loshitsa-10

The new building is located at Dzherzhinskogo Street, 19. A children's playground has been equipped for residents, and a sufficient number of parking spaces has been provided in the adjacent parking area.

The formation of the new district is ongoing. All future buildings in the neighborhood are planned to be nine- and ten-story structures.
