Traditionally, when considering draft legal acts on sensitive topics, the President gathers different viewpoints.

Today's focus was on:

— stable purchase of mineral fertilizer quotas;

— support measures for families with children;

— improving state management in environmental protection.

To address these issues, the government proposes applying a number of innovations.
