Five buildings commissioned in Stepyanka, three more under construction

In Stepyanka, five buildings have been commissioned, with three more under construction. Development continues in the block bounded by Karvata, Geologicheskaya, Vysokaya, and Svyazistov streets. One building is scheduled for completion in 2026, and two more in 2027. Courtyards will feature playgrounds, sports areas, bike parking, pavilions, and electric vehicle charging stations. Three parking lots are also planned.
