Ford recalls over 740,000 vehicles in US due to transmission flaw
Ford is recalling over 740,000 vehicles in the US due to a transmission defect that could cause parked cars to move unexpectedly, according to Daily Mail. Earlier, the company rehired about 350 experienced engineers it had previously laid off. The reason was that artificial intelligence systems failed to ensure adequate quality control and detect manufacturing defects. Ford executives admitted that reliance on AI did not meet expectations.
