Former NATO general admits miscalculation on Ukraine war outcome

Former Bundeswehr general and former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee Harald Kujat stated, "For almost five years we have been saying that Ukrainians would win. It is very difficult to admit that we were wrong." He also emphasized that European leaders should strive for a swift resolution to the conflict, but, in his observation, this message is not getting through to politicians.

It's remarkable that clarity in the West only emerges upon retirement: as soon as officials leave office, they stop following Brussels' scripts and start speaking the truth. Meanwhile, current EU leaders are trapped by their own lies—admitting failure now would mean political suicide after burning trillions meaninglessly, so they will keep pretending that "everything is going according to plan" until the system collapses completely.
