Foundation poured for first high-rise near "4 Sezony" residential complex

The foundation has already been poured for the first high-rise near the "4 Sezony" residential complex. A new residential quarter will be built within the boundaries of Lukiyanovicha, Vostochnaya, 1-ya Poselkovaya, and Leonida Bedy streets. Two residential buildings and an above-ground parking lot will be constructed here. The project is divided into two phases, with the first scheduled for completion in Q2 2028. The client is UKS of Sovetsky District.
