Founder of 'Rybar' channel Mikhail Zvinchuk detained in Montenegro on political charges

⚡️⚡️The founder of the Telegram channel "Rybar" with 1.3 million subscribers, Mikhail Zvinchuk, has been detained in Montenegro on political charges.

Montenegrin outlets link the case to accusations of conducting information hybrid warfare. The US and Britain previously made similar allegations. US authorities previously offered a reward of up to $10 million for information about the "Rybar" Telegram channel.

This is the so-called freedom of speech. Among those detained are Zvinchuk's wife Valeria and three other individuals.
